Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within the United States at the moment. Sorry for the inconvenience.
What type of printing Method do you use for your T-shirts?
We use the DTF (Direct to Film) printing method to ensure high-quality prints with vibrant colors and excellent durability.
How do I wash my Garments for Extra Durability?
We recommend wasing your printed garments Inside out with like colors, Machine wash Cold, Hang dry or tumble dry low/Extra low, Do not Bleach, Do not Iron
How long does shipping take?
Items are processed and shipped within 3 days or less (excluding weekends). Shipping typically takes between 2-5 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Yes, we offer a 30 day return policy for items that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any decorated, worn, or damaged items. We offer exchanges
Returns Processing
Customers can request and manage returns on their own from their accounts. Please note the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund total to provide a return shipping label. A refund will be issued as soon as we have received and processed your returned item(s).
Defective or Damaged Items
We strive to provide you with quality products. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at Support@footbolista.com within three days of receiving your order so we can make it right.
What are your T-shirts made of?
Our Adult T-shirts are made of 100% US Ring Spun Cotton, with a relaxed fit and heavyweight feel.
Our Kids T-shirts, Long sleeve t-shirts are made of 100% airlume combed ring-spun cotton
What sizes are available?
At the moment, we offer sizes ranging from Small to 2XL.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Can I request a custom design?
At this time, we do not offer custom designs. However, we are constantly adding new designs to our collection, so be sure to check back often!
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $35.
How do I know if my order was successfully placed?
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
Can I change or update my shipping address?
If you need to change or update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders cannot be rerouted once they have been shipped.
